A Tasmanian take on a classic family favourite. The Mothership version contains a blend of Huon Valley Beef and Bruny Island Wallaby mince. The beef has been raised by us on our family farm and the wallaby is sustainably sourced, wild caught - creating a ground meat blend that is high in iron and hormone free.

Our Wallognese sauce is packed with veggies, including left over Kale stems from our Chicken Pie. Rich in flavour and depth, we have snuck some Bone Broth into this sauce to add some extra nutritional punch.

Ready-to-eat on your favourite pasta, jacket potato’s or the base for the ultimate lasagne.

  • Store Frozen, defrost before reheating. Consume within 48hrs of defrosting.

    To defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place on stove and heat gently over medium heat until warmed through

  • We love serving this family favourite the traditional way with pasta, we love making the pasta at home but any packet pasta will do the trick (and a rocket side salad). Alternatively (or with leftovers) serve on top of a roast jacket potato or use as the ultimate lasagne filling.
