Roasted seasonal veg, chickpeas in a mild cashew curry sauce. This curry is a staple to warm the body. Serve warm with rice and top with yoghurt, greens or any herbs and extra veggies you have lying around.

  • Store Frozen. Reheat defrosted or frozen (but best defrosted if you ask us). Consume within 48 hours. Preheat oven to 180C and remove lid.

    Defrosted: To defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place in oven for 15-20mins, till heated through and cauliflower crispy. Alternatively, place on stove and heat gently over medium heat.

    Frozen: add an extra 10-15mins in the oven or on the stove

  • We love serving with rice and a big dollop of yoghurt. Add some extra greens or protein of choice to make it go further. Great with roti or naan.
