Cooking instructions:

Delivered frozen Store Frozen. Reheat from defrosted.

Consume within 48 hours of defrosting/cooking. Our chicken pot pie is best consumed defrosted. To defrost, place in fridge overnight

Preheat oven to 180-200C. Remove lid and place in oven for 25-30 mins, till heated through and crispy on top.

Moroccan Cottage Pie | MP

Ingredients:

Filling: Beef mince*, red lentils*, tin tomato*, brown onion, fresh ginger * carrots*, broccoli * garlic*, olive oil*, cumin, cinnamon, garam masala, beef bone broth*, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, balsamic vinegar and salt.

Topping: sweet potato*, veg stock*, coconut cream*, mustard*, nutritional yeast, salt, nigella seeds*

DF & GF, contains anchovies

Cooking instructions:

Delivered frozen. Store frozen. Reheat from frozen or defrosted. Consume within 48hrs or defrosting/reheating.

Preheat in oven at 180-200C and remove lid.

Defrosted: to defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place in oven for 20 mins, till heated through and crispy on top.

Frozen: If reheating from frozen, allow an extra 15 mins in the oven. Serve with side salad/and or bread.

Roasted Vegetable Curry | VC

Ingredients:

cashews*, Caulfilower* (Felds Farm) coconut cream* chickpeas*, greens* ginger*, garlic *, Garam masala fennel, turmeric*, tomato paste*, and salt.

Cooking instructions:

Store Frozen. Reheat defrosted or frozen (but best defrosted if you ask us). Consume within 48 hours.

Preheat oven to 180C and remove lid. Defrosted: To defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place in oven for 15-20mins, till heated through and cauliflower crispy. Alternatively, place on stove and heat gently over medium heat. Frozen: add an extra 10-15mins in the oven or on the stove

Cooking instructions:

Store Frozen. Reheat defrosted or frozen. Consume within 48 hours.

To defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place on stove and heat gently over medium heat. Add your preferred protein (beef strips, chicken, chickpeas etc) and veg of choice (leftover roasted veg works wonders!).

Ingredients: Rolled oats*, coconut cream*, Coco Quench coconut milk*, shredded coconut*, chia seeds*, linseeds*, maple syrup*, grated fresh apple*, and cinnamon.

Storage instructions: Store on the fridge for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 6 months.

Chai Spiced Cookies

Wholemeal spelt flour*, rolled oats*, date molasses, coconut oil*, molasses*, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, bicarb soda, salt, sesame seeds and fennel.

Wholemeal spelt flour*, rolled oats*, date molasses, coconut oil*, molasses*, cinnamon, cardamon, nutmeg, ginger, baking powder, bicarb soda, salt, sesame seeds and fennel.

Cooking instructions:

Store cookie dough in freezer. When ready to bake remove and slice into 4-5cm rounds. Leave at room temp for 15-30 mins. Preheat oven to 175C, line a baking tray with baking paper. Place cookies on tray, making sure to leave 5cm between each. Back for 13-15mins, or until edges are firm but middle is soft.

Optional: roll in sesame and fennel seeds prior to baking.

Mothership Miso Broth | MBB

Ingredients: Water, Tasmanian, free-range chicken bones, sea salt, Miso Paste Blend (Rice, Brown Rice, Water, Whole Soybeans, Sea Salt, sweet potato syrup, Alcohol, Koji Seed) * , Tasmanian Wakame.

Store Frozen. To defrost, place in fridge overnight.

Your broth is now ready to go! Sip by the cup full or use a base for delicious umami rich soup.

Ingredients:

Filling: apples *, Tasmanian raw honey, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, ginger and lemon juice.

Topping: rolled oats *, coconut oil *, coconut sugar *, desiccated coconut *, cinnamon and pink salt.

Cooking instructions:

Bake from frozen.

Pre-heat oven to 180C and bake in oven for approx 20 mins until top is crispy.

Wallognese Sauce | WS

Ingredients: wallaby mince, beef mince, carrot*, onion*, celery *, tomato passata*, chicken stock , Breu bone broth*, kale & kale stems *, balsamic vinegar, fennel seeds, paprika, molasses, fresh rosemary, orgeano, thyme and parsley and salt

Store Frozen, defrost before reheating. Consume within 48hrs of defrosting. To defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place on stove and heat gently over medium heat until warmed through

Seedy Pumpkin Loaf | SL

Ingredients:

Almond meal*, pumpkin*, coconut oil*, maple syrup* eggs, pumpkin seeds*, sunflower seeds*, flax seeds*bicarb soda and salt.

GF. Contains eggs and nuts (almonds)

Storage instructions:

Store in and airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days for best results. Store sliced in the freezer for up to 3 months. Best serve toasted.

Homecoming Chai | HC

Ingredients:

Organic oat cow milk* (or) oat milk* chai tea blend*, local raw honey

May contain dairy or wheat depending on preference selected.

Instructions:

Spiced Red Lentil Soup | LS

Ingredients:

Red lentils*, brown onion*, tin tomato*, vege stock*, tomato paste*, coriander seed, cumin seed, sumac, apple cider vinegar*, salt and pepper.

Instructions:

Our soup is best defrosted before reheating. To defrost, place in fridge overnight or in a warm water bath. Reheat in saucepan over medium heat.

Honeyed Cacao

Ingredients: Organic cacao, local raw honey, cinnamon, ginger

Cooking instructions:

How to: Stir 1-2tsp in boiling water until a paste forms. Heat: 200ml of milk of choice over low heat in pan. Add cacao paste and heat to desired temperature. OR Steam: add paste to 200ml of milk of choice. Steam until milk is textured and frothy. Cold: add 200ml of cold milk to cacao paste, with ice-blocks. Stir till combined.

Ginger Rice | GR

Ingredients: long grain rice*, chicken broth, firm tofu*, spinach*, peas*, ginger*, garlic*, sesame oil*, salt.

Cooking instructions: Defrosted: To defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place on stove with a tablespoon of water and gently heat over medium heat. Frozen: add an extra 10 minutes on the stove.

Please note this contains soy and sesame which are in the top nine allergens for children.
