We are deeply passionate about local, high-quality and delicious ingredients. The smiles across our faces when we receive a crate full of cauliflowers from Felds Farm or picking wild greens from our friend Felicity’s garden. We cook real food from scratch using locally grown vegetables and meat, organic ingredients where possible and practical. We keep it local and close, cooking with the seasons and with our community at the centre.

Often the most delicious and local ingredients are also nutritious, which is why we are deeply intentional about seasonal eating.
