Chicken Kale Pot Pie
A collaboration with our friends at Poolish and Co who do the most melt in your mouth buttery pastry. This is fresh and light comfort food packed with spring veg, ethical sourced chicken and a cheesy addition.
Serves: 450g

Pastry: butter, stoneground white flour *and salt.
Filling: free range chicken, zucchini, * kale, * mustard, * cream and parmesan, mustard seeds, salt and pepper.

Delivered frozen.
Delivered frozen. Store frozen.
Reheat from frozen or defrosted. Consume within 48hrs or defrosting/reheating.
Preheat in oven at 200C and remove lid.
Defrosted: to defrost, place in fridge overnight. Place in oven for 20 mins, till heated through and pastry is browned and crispy on top.
Frozen: If reheating from frozen, allow an extra 10 mins in the oven.
Serve with side salad/and or bread.

We love this a seasonal greens side salad (olive oil, honey and mustard dressing). Also goes well with warm bread and butter.
